Germsy!!

I've made 3 failed attempt to blog.. raHhh.. ytd as i was loading up the pix.... photobucket and the internet connection effed up on me.. Sooo i ended up heading to bed instead..

weather here's great for sleeping. that's bout it. it went from 4 Deg, to 2 Deg, and its about 1 Deg today... i am Sooo lousy larrrr.. **i admit** was freezing up.. and al had 2 get me hot drinks every so often!... ive got undergarmen, long john, 1 top, jacket, outer jacket scarf and STILL COLD.. haha..

lets keep it up 2date... went to europa park today.. and there was SO MUCH STATIC!!! whenever i got a peck on the lips, it Hurts.. Literally.. Also, when he used his finger and pointed at my face, there was a "tiak!" sound!!! dont think i should go near him. hee.. =)

BBQ with prisc mark (pigs), kingkey, tadely was great!! we had Too many prawns.... too tough beef.... leftover chicken wings.. (I TOLD U NOT TO BUY ALREADY!! SEE LA!) hahaha... nxt bbq, we'd strictly ENFORCE the chicken wing ban! wish i could blog more bout it.. but id leave it to adeline, key n prisc.. cuz im Sooo tired after packing my stuff... thanks 4 the xmas pressies girls. and i promise u'd get it once im back! cant believe i left it at the door!!!

Check in luggage's about 17.6kg.. hand carry 6.1kg.. i wonder HOW im gona bring more stuff back frm Germs.. kinda worried bout not being able to shop there.. and i really realli cut down alot already larrr...

Met up with lyd n ris tis afternoon b4 work.. ahh... we named ourselves the EX club.. hahahaa .. Iris is kenneth's ex, lyd is josh's ex, im eric's ex... kenneth josh n eric are good friends.. hahaa.. was nice meeting them having our usual "best friend/god sister" jester about a particular someone... catching up.. sympathyzing, sharing of joy.. etc..

WHY!? cuz im not gona stay in the igloo anymore. they called al, telling him that it aint as cold as expected so they cant built the igloo. who am i to blame.. *sigh* Damn disappointed now larrrr **ROARRR***. The highlight of my entire trip is to STAY THERE!!! and now i cant!?

Feels like a wasted trip! w/o the igloo stay.. its something ive been looking forward to for So LONG! i know there're other stuff we can do, or save the $$ for other stuff, nice xmas shopping... blah blah blah..

but i DONT WANT.. i wanna stay in an igloo... wat are my chances of goin back to germany!? Considering the fact that al doesnt wana go to germany anytime soon... my chances are near ZiLch!

So.... he says tt i must understand that the igloo thing in the beginning is very much dependent on the weather... YES!! i know but im upset that i cant go lar k!! an experience of a lifetime. GONE!

Germany Fit!

1st attempt to pack my luggage failed terribly. LOTS to consider... what to bring, which type, how many, warm or not, how it looks, goes with what.. blahhh... so for round 1, i decided to dump everything in! dadahhhh!!!!! and im DONE (for now).... Charlie's bag wld do as a hand carry.. definately not as a luggage... *looks at jac* im counting on u now... just too bad dad has to be overseas with his luggage n all...

Hectic day (for a change)... face, nails, hair, all done. (bimb, i know.. that's my identity now.. nothing wrong with taking Good care of myself)... went with leonard for a facial.. and its prollythe most gruesome facial ive ever seen. i shallnt make this whole post bloody and all.. =S id NEVER EVER forget wat its like to see a pimple FLY! EVER!

SG is small.. and the chances of running into someone (esp in town) is very high.. hah. lets see.. i saw jason, kev n jeremy (who just came bk frm thailand).. ahh.. my trip 2 bkk have LOBANG already!!! he'd prolly b able 2 show us arnd etc.. =)

Year 2005: 119 blog entries in total... and that's only for June to Dec.
Year 2006: this entry makes it 120, and its already MID december.
Conclusion?? im leading a less memorable life, im lazier this year, or plain BUSY.
Either way... i wana blog more. cuz as im "flipping" tru blog entries of mine... ive got a bitter sweet kinda feeling.

there was an entry about choosing a greeting name for work... and there were 101 weird names, who'd have guess ive stuck with "valerie" and said it for 1987248979218437 times at work!? and i realize theres lotsa posts about me and my packing attempt (which always fails)... blog entries about colleagues of which Majority of them aint at sunshine co any longer... even the team's disbanded... its just a year and that much changes.. makes me a lil nostalgic..

ive got a top that stinks.

its brand new.. got it from a seller, nicely packed. for those who dont already know, my nose is wayyy sensitive... (esp to stinky smell). the top went into the washing machine THRICE without me wearing it... and i wana wear it tomorrow!

not like its some really flash top which i really dig, or there's some ocassion, nor is it because i lack clothes.. but (im sure all girls feel this way) when u wana wear A TOP, you just MUST! when u feel like wearing it, no other stuff wld feel good or look good. if its somewhre in the house, we'd flip it upside down just to look for it..

i decided tt since the machine n normal soaking cant do the job, VAL SHALL DO IT!!!

got it off the bamboo (for the 3rd time), put it in a small pail, and DUMPED EVERY DETERGENT POSSIBLE into it! there was normal soap powder, softlan, detergent for lingere, color bleach, febreeze, EVERYTHING!!! only thing i didnt put in was harpic (toilet cleaner) tho i felt it smell beta than my top... (its a fishy smell btw.... and the world knows im NOT a fish fan)...

right now.. its hanging right infront of the fan... and im "quick drying" it.. hopefully it'll be intime for tmr...

there's a batch of newcomers at fishtank (jargon for training) at work.. part timers too... i remember back then... i was the new comer... and now as im about to grad... here's another batch... replacing us most likely... Moral?? everyone's replacable in the company. no one leaves too deep an impact, no one is irreplacable. u can leave for all they care.. you'd be missed, but u're definately not THAT needed. The sun's fit for tanning today.. there isnt any "BIG PATCHES" of clouds which mades tanning "sun-ful/sun-less/sun-full/sun-less"... K-lunch with jinwen, qinn, and xinlun. at JE.. Food sux.. sang for bout 4 hrs bout 11 bucks in all.. ahh.. not bad.. cant wait for the pix. hard core photowhores... Im getting addicted to KTVs... im even considering application for kbox!!! ive got different ktv kakis now.. there's the vball girls, theres prisc n key, tiangx likes ktv toO, ris as well. ahhh... SG lifestyle. hah. pix would have to wait. we even have vid.. Jinwen doesnt haf internet connection... (that lousy fella! HAHA).

we then went to imm for kiddie stuff.. ahh... in all.. i had a tiringly funn day. we can juz sing the same song over n over.. haha. looking foreward 2 our next klunch.. or better still ladies night thingie... can sing longer.. 4 hrs, 4 ppl.. nt enough lehs.

at IMM whilst walking around, the 3 girls were infront of me... and no one stopped them, this promoter stopped me, shoved a tube into my hands, sayin "this is very good for eye bags, dark circles and wrinkles at eye area, give it a try!" and she gave me the comforting look... WALAOS!!! rahh thank god none of them witnessed it 1st hand. hah. embarassing.... i know i slept for say 4 hrs only... but are my eye bags really tt big!! aUntie!! "open ur eyes big biiigggg!!!"

Totally concuss today... had less than 4 hours of slp the night before, and had to drag my heavy body out of bed to bugis.. Met tiangx as she was supposed to get her crystals. end up walking, shopping, and doing anything BUT what we went there for... Next was catching up with June at her far east shop. ahhh.. Got a dress for $12! (sale!!!!) ... next was metro sale.. 20% off.. again, auntie val went to snap up necessities which ive been waaaaiiitng for! Skin care is never a splurge.. id proove it to you in 10 years time!

Work today was Kinda hassle free. Why? cuz of the star awards... after it ended, calls came flooding in again. Singaporeans and their bullshit.

Work with leonard n charlie is NEVER a bore.. they'd come up with 101 things to tease... from me being "HUNGRY" to Charlie the teletext queen to leonard the "Ditched in the rain" guy... hahaa... no one's taking offence.. not me for sure... Its just that my reputation's being tarnished! ugh.. When ur friends are starting to worry for my bf's "safety" and not me, that's a major problem... hahaa.. they told him to wear double underwear.. hahahahaa.. irritating fellas.. ought to be hangged!! :P but they brighten my day for sure!

Spoke Jinwen for over an hour earlier... Speaking to her is nostalgic.. reminds me of those sec sch days where we'd call each other on the phone with an intention to ask abt sch wrk, and digress to everything else BUT schoolwork..

However... talking to her made me a lil dull at the same time... made me regret choices ive made, things which i could have done but did not... Speaking to her made me reflect a lil... i realize that right now, im still not who i wana be. Embracing my present is one thing, the need to be a better, stronger person is another. I feel im capable of scaling greater heights. I KNOW im able to push myself, persevere, and improve in many aspects. I want to be proud of who i see in the mirror, and not just accept who i am and being thankful...... being proud of myself (in a good way of cuz) and being thankful of what i have, is 2 different issue.. I know im capable of capable.. I just have to push myself.

Spent my night chatting with Prisc n Key, with regards to the upcoming bbq.

With Key incharge of admin stuff like Theme, Attire, Party Pack, Decor, Space etc.. the only thing left to worry about is the weather (what if it rains!!??)

Prisc will take charge of over seeing EVERYTHING. she's like the mama san.. haha... from Charging too much, to cutting cost, to quantity of food etc.. Without her, key will order ALL mutton satay and ALL dory fish.. val will just buy LOTS of mushroom (my fave)... Thanks to prisc. we'd have a good balance now. =)

Mr Eng and Sir Swee Ming will be incharge of 1. Driving 2. starting fire 3. helping key wif decor 4. helping val in the kitchen. As for tadeley... i paiseh to delegate work to both of them.. They'd be incharge of EATING!!!... cuz key n i would have a earful from prisc if we cant finish the food. so please eat.

Foodie stuff would be taken care of by me.. (i try larr.. k... its been a long time.. ) id make sure everyone has enough food and everyone wld ENJOY the food! its been a really long time since i last cooked. qutie unbelievable tt i do love cooking..

Last night was one helluva stressfull night. Really worried abt my results that i flared up at al. ugh. So sorry hon.. I even had night mares and dreamt that i got 40marks for my DC paper. Had a sick feeling at the pits of my stomache. ugh.. i repeatedly refresh the results page from 445 to 530.. and FINALLY



PHEW!!! i got CREDIT FOR EVERYTHING!!! WooHooo!! (i decided to leave the marks out =P) i think DC went through serious moderation, cuz lya and kJ got managed to scrap tru as well.. There is no way i can manage a credit without moderation. WHy? cuz i onli got a pass for my project, and i wrote only 1/2 page worth of crap for the 2 essay questions. anyway.. Thank god that i wont have to "dabao" any subs next sem.

Checking my own grades is one thing.. helping other ppl check their grades is another. It was more stressful checking priscy's grades.... i mean.. what if she didnt make it? what am i gona tell her?? there was this brief moment of *shock* when the page loaded.. and all's well... we'd be classmates next sem for the last time ever. *id miss u*

ahh how time flies. in 1 day id be getting my results. Dreading it.. Enrollment's on 14Dec. that's WORST cuz ive gotta enroll for 5 subjects instead of 4 and that sucks.

so val adopted it, gave it a home, lots of TLC, aircon room, nice comfy bed, nice smelling cream (cuz i hug it)... it sits on my shoulder too! (i have to admit that it gets whammed on the floor at night, but i make it an attempt to pick it up the nxt morning :P haha)... its also used to whack al when he disturbes/bully me. hah. wait till i demo Ele's boxing/rolling around/crying/ tap dancing/ etc. haha..

im contemplating M1's broadband. connection at home's killing me.. my blog takes awhile 2 load.. so does other blog (but mine slowest larrhhs)...

ahh im seein my dearest sick priscy tomorrow! yayy!! its like a big thing 4 me cuz i havent seen her in ages. :( it feels as tho im goin on a date with her tomorrow (despite havin work at night).. for our "date" tomorrow, ive repainted my toenails, and painted my fingernails in the "bimbotic-est" (if there's such a word) PINK ever!! hah.. id take pix using prisc's cam. mine sucks. Also did a mask, used my passion fruit scrub... hahaha.. Im making it seem as tho we're "TOGETHER" hah. i do love her!! but meeting her's one excuse for pampering myself. hahs. i cant wait 2 c u in afew hours babe. **huggs**

Gonna go Shopping with her tomorrow.. yays!!! for today, i went "shopping" with KEY! thanks to her, i got a good buy! (she's saying im a bad influence... but tis time round i swear it wasnt me! she influenced me!! ROaRRR!!!)

It sucks not being able to spent al's bday with him.. :( when we're back in sg... im gona meet up with the girls again, since key said she'd want to know al better, as for prisc... she knows im in good hands.. hahaa.. in it came 20 different mineral samples. 1 shine control, 1 lose powder, 4 blush colors, and 14 eye colors!! yays!!! considering the fact that mac retails each eye shadow for a hefty 25 over bucks. My entire purchase is cost almost the same price as ONE mac eye shadow! but in so many different shades of color... next challenge. To experiment the different colors, making sure they dont look gross on my face. ahhh... i so wana learn eye make up without looking like those blue eyed SIA girls. No offence.. but im sure they hate their eye make up too!... what can be better than Self experiment!? id start tomorrow..
